B&L Automotive

This place is amazing! While on the road to move our daughter into college with a loaded down car we got a nail or gash in our tire, and were losing tire pressure fast. We luckily got off on B&L’s exit and they totally saved us by doing a walk-in tire patch. We are beyond grateful for their efficiency and compassion!

My experience with B+L Automotive was the worst the front desk person (Liz) was a talker. In my (opinion) she talked a good game. She had the game down pack. She seems to be knowledgeable about the business for someone that has never been a mechanic. I was at the business for maybe about a hour and half. I was told approximately 9:30am that my car was ready. My car drove good for maybe three day’s, then it wouldn’t accelerate. My car acceleration was very low. I didn’t have a problem with my car acceleration before I brought it into their business. I called them (Liz) at B+L Automotive three times and didn’t get a response. I finally spoke to Liz on the fourth time, I called the business. She acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and started making excuses. I had to take my car to another business to have the work done right. The only thing was needed was to replace the battery, and that’s why it was having electrical issues/problems. In my opinion a good mechanic should had checked the battery for any issues. I wouldn’t recommend this business (B+L Automotive) to anyone. In my (opinion) they are the worse Auto repair company that I have dealt with in my 71 years on thi

While B&L has a good reputation overall, my experience was below their typical 5 star standards. Maybe its too much work , or maybe not enough help when i was there. They seemed a little unorganized, and behind schedule causing me an additional 1.5 hours wait at the shop for my car after they said it was nearly ready.

I just ran over a tire on the highway and it was almost 5 o’clock and unfortunately, my tire was losing air and I had to get off on an exit at a place that I was not familiar with. I called the nearest automotive shop to see if anyone could help me with my tire and I called B&L Automotive and spoke to the very kind associate named Liz. They were just getting ready to close up their shop and when she heard my predicament, she literally did everything she could to help me even to the point of sending me directions to the shop and said that her and her associate would stay at the shop until I got taken care of even though it was time to close. When I got there, she treated me like a guest, and I felt extremely welcome. Her and the Mechanic, Jose got me taken care of within 10 minutes of getting to the shop by plugging my tire so I could safely get home an hour and a half away. I cannot express how grateful I am to these two associates of this business and I absolutely will recommend everyone to come here. I was treated with outstanding Customer Service. They are exceptional! Thank you so much for your kindness! It means everything :-)

I took my car in to be diagnosed and serviced. They took care of me, were extremely thorough and transparent in the way that they communicated which is nice because it gave me insight into how much they care about doing things correctly. One great thing about this shop is that when you ask questions they give you answers that help you make informed decisions. They work quickly too. As long as you schedule an appointment they'll work as quick as they can to help you get back on the road.
